What is your return policy?
I accept returns up to 30 days on ready to ship items. Item must be returned in the original condition with no visible signs of wear or use. On custom-made work, all refunds/returns/exchanges will be decided on a case-to-case basis. I will do my very best to make you happy.
Do you have a store that I can visit?
No I do not.
When I place my order, when will my credit card be charged?
The shopping cart automatically charges your card when you place your order. If you need to cancel the order, please contact me as soon as possible.
How do you ship?
I usually ship via USPS. There might be circumstance where UPS or FedEx would be a better option. All my packages are shipped insured to protect against loss or damage.
What types of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Money Orders. If you prefer, you can mail me a money order or bank check. Checks must clear before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship internationally. Please contact me for shipping costs which unfortunately are quite high.
